• Very nice Appartments and quiet. My mother and I Lived Here for Five Years. After we complied to all suggestions made by the Manager of this property,Dean; we proceeded with our move to our new residence with Family due to illness. With the help of Family and friens we moved out and cleaned up the rental and left it outside of the usual wear and tear as we found it,considering that these rental spaces are in dire need of updating. We never heard from the owner,Mr. Michael Dascoli or the Mngr.Dean when we inquired about our deposit which was quaranteed to be returned to us by Manager. After a couple of months we were notified that our deposit would not be returne due to the condition of the rental as determined by an evaluator "hired" by the Dascoli's. It was a fabrication. The Property was rented out shortly after we moved and according to one of the Managers' helpers little had to be done. Dean also stated that the carpeting placed in our rental was grap and he told Mr. Dascoli so at the time he installed the carpeting in the appartments.Also, another appartment we was vacated shortly befor we left and the work that had to be done and the stuff left behind was overwhelming. I went to the appartment on several times to drop off Keys to Dean.This women got her deposit back in full. please note that her deposit was much less than ours since we moved in 5 years ago and she 16 years ago. I plan on making this report given to us, Deans' witnessed remarks available online. We feel we have had cheated,scammed and misled. (stoll46, 07/10/2009)
